I read this story a few times on facebook, it seems logical and true. It gives a good message .

A father before he died said to his son: “this is a watch your grandfather gave and this is more than 200 years old, but before I give it to you go to the watch shop on the first street, and tell him I want to sell it, and see how much it is”.
He went and then came back to his father, and said, “the watchmaker offered to pay 5 dollars because it’s old”.
He said to him: “go to the watch shop”. He went and then came back dissapointed and said: “He offered nothing father”.
“Go to the museum and show that watch”.
— He went then came back, and said to his father “They offered me a million dollars for this piece”.
The father said: “I wanted to let you know that the right place values your value in a right way, don’t put yourself in the wrong place and get angry if they don’t value you more. Who knows your value is who appreciates you, don’t stay in a place that doesn’t suit you or put you down”.
Know your worth! 💎👑
This is a wonderful story which teaches that your value is where you will be appreciated and needed. There will be those who will undervalue you because they don’t need you or don’t know your true value. There will always be places and people who will readily accept you for who you are. You only have to be open and keep on exploring.
What’s important is to look for those right places and right people who will appreciate you and know your value.
