What’s worthy of your attention?
Do you know the value of your attention? Have you thought about that which requires your energy and attention has great power on your time and success?
Have you ever noticed that situations or issues that bothered you, vanish as you tend to move your attention towards something else meaningful to you?
Everything is energy and paying too much unnecessary attention to that particular problem is how you are giving away your energy to such situations and circumstances. The more attention you put upon unnecessary issues the more energy and time you lose. Instead, focus on many aspects of resolving and getting a solution, you get lost in worrying about it.
What you pay attention to grows stronger in your life
Unfortunately, trying too hard and overthinking for solutions doesn’t work. You will only lose more of your precious energy, which is going in circles without results.
The only solution to it is, stop giving it your energy and attention. Start accepting the situation as it is more fairly. Where your attention goes, the energy of life flows — this is a scientific fact. Scientists have determined that the attention of an observer affects the movement of the flow of energy. By accepting this fact you can realize what you can do about it, and what’s not in your hands.
This gives you clarity and unburdens you. Not only that, it makes you feel at ease as the energy that got stuck in you, starts flowing freely.

New quote from Happiness Inn
What happens when you don’t give your attention to the problem…
All of a sudden the problem losses it’s power and grip over you. This happens as you become busy with other productive works.
Now as your mind is in the flow-like state, solutions pop up and come looking for you. Everything will be resolved in a hassle freeway.
In your own past experience, you must have known that many problems have been resolved by themselves when you moved your attention, and focus on to other important duties.
Don’t worry about every problem. Instead, you do the work at hand. Do whatever you can do and leave the rest to the universe. If you constantly think about what frightens you, you will become more fearful and lose your power to handle the situation.
Having faith and good hope resolves any problem or gives you the strength to face it. Take positive steps to change your attention and move forward.
