๐ฒA Facebook story about why it’s important not to quit. ๐ฉโ๐พ #facebookstories #nevergiveup #mustread
๐Hello dear readers, this is a story I read long back on FB stories of a page. This is the best of inspiring and motivating stories on Facebook. It shows you the importance of not quitting too soon and also the reason why having patience is a real virtue. I’m making some changes in the story as I only remember the content.

“The motivational story on Facebook which thought me the importance of not quitting.” #Latest Facebook stories
๐จโ๐ผOnce a man named Danny who quit his job, lost a relationship and spiritually down lost his final hope. Then he felt like giving up on his life.
So, he went to the woods to have a final conversation with a Wise God-Man.๐ง๐ปโโ๐
The master advises him not to give up.
๐จโ๐ผDanny – He asked the “master” Can you give me a good reason not to quit?
๐ง๐ปโโMaster – Replied “yes” I will give you a reason.
The Master’s reply – when I planted the fern and bamboo seeds, I took very good care of them. I gave them light, I watered regularly and equally.
๐ฟThe fern grew very fast it has grown on the surface of the earth, it covered the surrounding area with brilliant lush green leaves. Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed.
But I did not quit on the bamboo. In the second year the fern grew more plentiful and vibrant. But nothing came out of the bamboo seed.
๐ง๐ปโโThe master said – in the third and fourth year also nothing came out of the bamboo seed but I decided not to give up I had faith in the seed that would grow into a tree someday.
๐ฑIn the fifth year a tiny sprout emerged out of the earth. In comparison to the fern it’s too small and insignificant…but in six months the bamboo shoot grew up to 100 feet in height. It took five years to grow it’s roots stronger to go deeper and gave the energy needed to survive for a long time successfully.
๐ง๐ปโโThe master further said – God would not give any of his creations a challenge which it cannot handle.
He also said, “Dear child all this time you were struggling is the time you have been actually growing your roots to become stronger.”
God doesn’t quit on anybody he takes care of all by providing enough to sustain and grow.
“Never compare yourself with others”
๐ง๐ปโโThe Master’s advice – The fern had a different purpose than the bamboo yet they both make the forest beautiful.
He said, “your time will come you will rise high.”
๐จโ๐ผDanny asked – ” How high should I rise? ”
Master – “How high did the bamboo rise?”
๐จโ๐ผDanny – “As high as it can? ” questioned…
Master – Yes, give glory to God by growing as high as you can.
๐จโ๐ผDanny left the forest happily carrying back this story with him.
